Almost forgot

So, Max was 18.6 lbs this morning. He was 29.13 inches long and his head circumference was 17.62 inches.
Also Max wog 8,4 kg heute frueh und war 74 cm lang. Sein Kopfumfang war 46,75 cm.

Max just now rolled over ALL THE WAY!!!!
He was probably inspired by all the older babies he met today at his "Watch Me Grow" class:)

He's growing
Yesterday Max had his 6-month well baby checkup.
He's 16.7 lbs, which is 7 1/2 kg. He's 68 cm long, so 26.7 inches.

I guess our scale is wrong
Max had his 4-month check-up this morning. He stats are as follows:

Now it's official
Yesterday was Max's 2-month well-Baby check-up. He weighs 9 lbs 14 oz and is 21 1/2 inches long, which is 4500 g and almost 55 cm. He survived his shots and is mostly recovered unlike mommy:)) Otherwise he's a healthy baby with a healthy apetite.

Max weighs 10 lbs!!! That would be 4500 grams. Not too bad.

Max is here...he's really here!
WOW! What a great Father's Day week...little Maximilian Atlee Beck decided to surprise all of us this past Wednesday, 18 June 2008 at 2:20 pm. Connie's water broke at 12:30 am and by 2:30 am we were at the hospital and the journey had started. After 11 hours and 39 minutes of active labor (according to the discharge summary) little Maxi arrived...weighing in at 5 lbs 9 oz. and 18 1/4 inches long...he simply takes my breath away - I mean look at him! I am so proud of Corinna...she is a wonderful Mommy and made the whole process way too easy...from conception to birth, she amazed me every step of the way. You are living your destiny Sweetheart...you are Max's Mom and I love you both with my entire heart. Sorry folks...this turned out to be more for them than you...but please enjoy the pictures of our little guy!

New pictures of Max
We went to have another ultrasound done yesterday and below are ALL the picture we got. Most of them in 3D. He's just so cute.
The reason we went was because last week, they had found a very small cyst in his brain, which doesn't indicate anything unless anything else is wrong as well. So, they just wanted to double-check and a high risk OK took a look and everything else measures perfectly, so he is good to go. The cyst is already dissolving.

Baby Registries Added
We have added the links to the registries we've created. They are still a work in progress, but we managed to add a few things already. We think the baby shower will be some time in May. The Giggle registry asked us for a date, so we just picked one Saturday in May, but that is not the set date, so don’t worry.

That's our baby!
I am 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant today and measured 6 weeks and 3 days, so not that bad. The heart beat was 126!
